$85.00 - $92.00 per hour
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in instrumentation, electrical, refining, or petrochemical projects? Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
PMP certification preferred Experience Requirements 10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical environments
5+ years managing instrumentation and electrical capital projects with full project accountability
Experience leading engineering, construction, and contractor teams
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, project execution processes, and industry regulations Job Duties Lead small to mid-size instrumentation and electrical capital projects
Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Manage contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract performance
Oversee procurement, project costs, risk management, and quality programs
Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors, and stakeholders
Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level project updates
