This role will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage capital projects from concept to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Track project progress and provide regular updates. Manage project costs, forecasts, and risk mitigation. Support equipment installations, facility upgrades, and expansion projects. Ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience managing capital projects with significant budgets. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred PMP certification. Experience with facility expansions, equipment installations, or plant improvement projects. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $72.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
