Job Description
Project Manager -
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of custom residential construction projects from permitting through final turnover.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the build process.
Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, and quality control.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest craftsmanship standards.
Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential constructionProven experience managing luxury custom homes, renovations, and/or estate projects.
MA License requiredStrong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
