Job Description The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial Projects will: Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of execution. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communications. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Maintain project financials, forecasts, and reporting while ensuring profitability. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and workflows. Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule goals. Partner closely with field teams and company leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences. Oversee ground-up and complex renovation projects ranging from $2M to $20M+, with opportunities to support larger projects exceeding $50M. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial Projects should have: 5-10+ years of construction management experience. Proven track record managing commercial construction projects. Strong tenure and demonstrated career stability. Experience overseeing ground-up construction projects. Proficiency with Procore. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced enironment. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Experience within retail, hospitality, automotive, life science, academic, or corporate interior projects. Ability to commute to the Beverly, MA area.
