$125,000 - $155,000 per year Job Details - Key Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution. Prepare estimates and support preconstruction planning. Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and trade partners. Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety expectations. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction within the Greater Boston area (required). Strong estimating and budgeting experience. Proven client-facing and relationship management skills. Ability to read architectural plans and manage complex residential projects. Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus.
