Overview:
Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support strategic objectives. A primary responsibility of this position is leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options by partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Service, Sales, and OEM partners to successfully launch new products.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership Lead the full lifecycle of strategic and operational projects from initiation through closeout. Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables using established PMO methodologies. Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Drive accountability and resolve issues to keep projects on track. New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead the end-to-end NPI process for machines, automation, accessories, and product options. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and OEM partners to ensure successful product launches. Coordinate project milestones including design reviews, prototype builds, pilot installations, launch readiness, documentation, training, pricing, and service preparedness. Maintain standardized NPI processes, stage gates, and project documentation. Track project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing enterprise-level projects with significant budgets. Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related project management tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, CNC machine tools, or related industries preferred. #CNX200
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
