3003318054-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Baltimore Gas and Electric Company seeks a Project Manager to lead complex utility and energy projects that enhance safety, reliability, and sustainability across central Maryland. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams to deliver grid modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and clean energy initiatives on time and on budget. You will develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate vendors, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards while communicating progress to stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional utility projects from planning through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT, and field teams to support grid modernization and clean energy initiatives Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership Manage vendors, contracts, and resources to meet technical, safety, and regulatory requirements Monitor project performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain project health Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal governance processes Engage internal and external stakeholders, including customers and community partners, to support project objectives Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and standardizing best practices across projects Required Skills Project management Utility or energy industry knowledge Grid modernization concepts Budgeting and cost control Risk management Regulatory and compliance understanding Vendor and contract management Stakeholder communication MS Project or similar PM tools Data analysis and reporting
