The contractor shall prepare business cases to outline the objectives, purpose and deliverables for NESDIS projects. The contractor shall research stakeholder requirements, and shall assist in setting and prioritizing goals, defining deliverables, creating project schedules, identifying risks, proposing solutions and presenting project plans for NESDIS projects. The contractor shall manage time, cost, quality, risk, and changes on assigned NESDIS projects. The contractor shall develop project management plans and apply performance measures to monitor project performance as needed. The contractor shall perform project closeout to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly concluded and that deliverables have been met to the satisfaction of NESDIS management.
