Job Description
Cooley Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. We build exceptional homes for our distinguished clients. Qualified candidates must have demonstratable knowledge of custom home building practices to ensure we can exceed expectations. The project manager is solely responsible and held accountable for effective communication, timely completion, cost control, quality verification and the health & safety compliance of their assigned projects. Additionally, the project manager is responsible for ensuring that the projects are constructed in accordance with the plans, specifications and local building codes required. Salary for this position will be based on experience.
