We are looking for a Project Manager who takes pride in their work, understands construction at a deep level, and aligns with the level of professionalism and execution we expect on every project. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong field knowledge, leadership skills, communication abilities, and hands-on construction experience. The ideal candidate understands how homes are built from the ground up and can confidently manage scheduling, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is not an entry-level project management role. We are looking for someone with real-world field experience who understands construction at a high level and can confidently lead projects while maintaining strong quality and organizational standards. What You'll Do Oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and material deliveries Lead and manage projects in the field while maintaining job site organization and professionalism Conduct site visits and maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction Communicate project updates internally and with clients Identify and resolve job site issues proactively Ensure projects stay on schedule, budget and aligned with company standards Develop and modify floor plans using drafting software as needed for projects Maintain organized project documentation and daily communication Work closely with office staff, trade partners, and clients throughout the project lifecycle What You'll Bring (REQUIRED) Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry Previous experience as a Project Manager in residential interior remodeling Strong carpentry background required Previous hands-on carpentry experience Must understand residential construction methods and how homes are built Experience leading crews or managing projects in the field Experience managing multiple phases of construction projects Tech savvy and comfortable using construction/project management software and digital tools Ability to create and modify floor plans using software Ability to read plans, understand scopes of work, and coordinate trades Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism with clients, subcontractors, and team members High attention to detail and quality standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification is a plus Experience using Buildertrend or similar project management software What You'll Gain Health & dental insurance Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement Company-provided apparel Company vehicle available during work hours Organized systems and workflows Modern project management software and tools Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in the field and understands construction at a high level, not just from a management perspective.
