Job Description The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with leadership and internal teams. Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously in various stages Oversee project financials, scheduling, and overall execution Handle buyout, subcontractor management, and change orders Collaborate closely with Project Executives and field teams Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships Work cross-functionally with internal support staff for submittals and documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave Background in TI and/or light ground-up projects preferred Procore experience strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once What's on Offer $120,000 - $140,000 base salary (dependent on experience) Monthly car allowance Cover 100% of employee benefits 401K with company match 3 weeks PTO
