Desired Qualifications:
Eligibility as a Highly Qualified Paraprofessional prior to placement (choose one): Passing score on the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Para Educator Exam) Completion of at least 60 college credits (transcript required; diplomas/degrees do not fulfill this) Experience working with preschool-aged children or in an early childhood/center-based setting Strong communication skills and the ability to support both students and lead educators Adaptability and patience in a fast-paced, collaborative classroom environment Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere
