About The MPX Group The MPX Group is a full-service company specializing in high-quality commercial printing, large-format graphics, branded merchandise, direct mail, and fulfillment services. We partner with our clients and internal sales team to execute projects accurately and efficiently, from initial request through final delivery as their Brand Specialists. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Project Coordinator to support a dedicated Sales Representative along with our Account Management team. This role acts as the central communication and coordination point—ensuring client information is gathered accurately, estimates and jobs move efficiently through internal workflows, and projects stay on track from approval through completion. This position focuses on managing communication, tracking status, coordinating approvals, and handling day-to-day project logistics so the Sales Representative can focus on selling and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of customer service and accuracy throughout the lifecycle of each project Serve as the primary coordinator between Clients, Sales Representative, Account Managers, and Production Teams Gather and organize client-provided information and route it to appropriate Account Managers for estimating and order entry Manage client communications related to proofs, approvals, timelines, and updates Handle client questions and requests Coordinate internally to support smooth workflow across departments Manage project timelines by ensuring timely receipt of all required approvals and assets, closely tracking job progress and proactively resolving potential issues Track the status of estimates, proofs, and active jobs with follow up as needed to keep projects moving Assist with documentation, order tracking, and project records Qualifications Experience in sales support, project coordination, account services, or administrative support Print, promotional, apparel, wide format, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong organizational, coordination, communication and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Comfortable managing deadlines and tracking multiple active projects Detail-oriented Excellent problem solving skills Thrives in a fast paced work environment What We Offer Full-time, in-person position Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package include: 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you enjoy coordinating details, client interaction, keeping projects organized, and helping sales teams work more efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
