Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative focused on Fire Inspector talent in Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment, and helping meet ambitious national hiring goals for a specialized service organization. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, a consultative recruiting approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Fire Inspector positions, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience across multiple markets using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum against hiring targets.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial evaluations to assess technical fit, relevant industry background, and overall alignment with role expectations.
  • Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized field-based positions to support ongoing and future hiring demand.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and progress toward staffing goals.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, tools adoption, and pilot-related hiring initiatives designed to support centralized talent acquisition efforts.
