Job Description

McCall Construction is a family-owned and operated construction company serving the greater lakes area of Minnesota. We focus on delivering exceptional results with integrity, transparency, and attention to detail. The Selections Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the construction process by managing the selection and specification of finishes, fixtures, and materials. This position serves as a liaison between clients, vendors, and project managers to ensure that all design selections are made on time, within budget, and in alignment with the overall project needs. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through exterior and interior selections, including siding, roofing, stone, doors, windows, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, paint and related finishes. Maintain and update selection sheets, mood boards, and design documentation for each project. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, request samples, and obtain pricing and availability. Ensure all selections are approved and documented in a timely manner to meet construction schedules. Work closely with project managers and construction teams to communicate design intent and resolve any issues related to selections. Attend client meetings, showroom visits, and site walkthroughs as needed. Stay current on design trends, new products, and industry standards to provide informed recommendations. Assist in creating visual presentations and sample boards for clients. Maintain organized records of all selections, material samples, and correspondence. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. A solid understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and current design. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others. Competence in using project management software and other relevant computer programs. Must have a valid driver's license.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
