Project Management & Delivery•strong planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, RAID ownership, and delivery against committed timelines. Stakeholder Management & Communication•ability to engage cross functional global teams (IT, Quality, Facilities, Operations, Site Leadership) and provide clear, structured status reporting.
Systems / Process
Change Deployment•experience supporting enterprise system deployments (e.g. CMMS, ERP, or similar), including change management, site readiness, and go?live/hypercare support.
Primary Responsibilities:
End?to?end project execution, scope definition, detailed planning, schedule management, tracking, reporting, and governance.
Stakeholder coordination:
facilitating regular project forums, managing dependencies across workstreams (IT, Data, QMS, Change, Training), and ensuring alignment with site and global teams. Risk & issue management: proactive identification, escalation, and mitigation of delivery risks, including support through go?live and post?go?live stabilization.
