  • Project Manager
  • Lake Norman Area will be responsible for: Managing 2-4 concurrent ground-up construction projects valued between approximately $7M
  • 15M through various phases of development.
Leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution using Procore. Partnering closely with field operations, executive leadership, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Providing project reporting and communicate project progress directly to senior leadership. Supporting multifamily, commercial, educational, and light industrial projects throughout the greater Charlotte region.   • Project Manager
  • Lake Norman Area will have: 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager or several years of Assistant Project Manager within commercial construction.
Proven proficiency with Procore is required; candidates must be highly comfortable with construction technology. Experience managing ground-up construction projects, with multifamily experience strongly preferred. Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Must be willing to work from the Mooresville, NC office with no remote work option. What's on Offer The Commercial/Multifamily
