$85K•115K (Depending on experience/tenure) Annual Bonus Health/Dental/Vision 401K + company match Cell phone reimbursement/stipend + company laptop 2 weeks PTO 2 Days PTO/Wellness Relocation assistance (if necessary) Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded and growing AISC Structural Steel Fabricator with locations nationwide on their search for a Structural Steel Project Manager with experience overseeing $100M+ structural steel fabrication projects.
Projects:
Data Centers, Healthcare, Education, Warehouses, Stadiums As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects from start to finish. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines. Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel fabrication (Project Manager)
TEKLA EPM
software required Blue Beam software required Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, materials, and building codes. Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects within the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in project management software and construction management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
