Job Description

  • _Are you looking to grow your Project Management skills?_
  • Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Assistant to support project teams with scheduling, budget tracking, materials coordination, reporting, and administrative project activities.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills and experience supporting projects in fast-paced environments. The person will assist with project tracking, maintain documentation, coordinate meetings, monitor material orders and expenditures, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

  • Education:
  • BS degree desired; Associate degree required in Business or a related field. Strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and tracking tools + Track materials from ordering through installation + Support project managers with reporting and administrative coordination + Monitor resource expenditures and budget-related activities + Organize meetings and prepare presentations and documentation + Coordinate communication between departments and project teams + Identify and escalate scheduling or budget concerns + Maintain accurate and organized project records •Required Qualifications•+ 2-3+ years of project coordination, project administration, or related experience + Strong Microsoft Excel skills + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Experience supporting project schedules and budgets + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment •Additional Information•+ No third party resumes will be accepted + Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted + CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
