3005093298-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Ascension Property Services, based in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead software projects focused on plumbing and property services. You will plan and execute end-to-end IT initiatives, aligning product, engineering, and field stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating vendors, and mitigating risks. In our innovative, collaborative culture, you'll drive continuous improvement, leverage Agile practices, and help shape tools that increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end IT and software projects supporting plumbing and property services workflows. Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when needed. Lead Agile ceremonies and promote best practices for iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Ensure clear, consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Translate operational needs from field teams into technical requirements for development teams. Monitor project KPIs and outcomes, driving post-implementation reviews and enhancements. Support adoption and training for new software tools across internal and external users.
