full-time Project Manager - Transmission, Distribution & Substation We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electric transmission, distribution and substation construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities Manage construction activities across transmission, distribution and substation projects. Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and profitability. Review estimates, drawing take-offs and change orders. Ensure projects have the required labour, materials and equipment to maintain schedule. Provide leadership to field teams and ensure safety, quality and contractual requirements are met. Manage multiple projects across a regional territory, with travel required. Requirements 4-7 years of project or construction management experience within utility construction. Strong experience with transmission, distribution and/or substation projects . Knowledge of utility construction practices and project financial management. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Experience working within unionised environments preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field preferred.
