REAL & STRAIGHTFORWARD.

What You'll Do Prepare Vehicles & Surfaces Perform cleaning, masking, surface preparation, and other necessary prep work before product application. Apply Treatment Products & Coatings Operate spray equipment to apply automotive paint, protective treatments, coatings, and other automotive products according to established procedures. Follow Application Standards Maintain consistent coverage, proper application technique, and attention to detail throughout the job. Inspect Your Work Review completed work carefully, identify areas that need attention, and perform touch-ups when necessary. Maintain Your Equipment Clean, maintain, and properly store spray equipment, tools, and materials to keep everything ready for the next job. Keep the Shop Moving Stay organized, manage your time effectively, and work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Follow Safety Procedures Use required PPE, follow shop safety procedures, and handle materials responsibly. What We're Looking For Previous experience with spray equipment required Automotive, industrial, painting, coating, or similar hands-on experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to follow established processes and application procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Comfortable working in a hands-on automotive shop environment Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Willingness to learn and improve Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements Preferred Skills Spray application, surface preparation, automotive finishing, protective coatings, material handling, masking, quality inspection, and spray equipment maintenance.
