Job Description

Senior Project Manager At Studio 43D Architecture and Design, we are committed to creating a dynamic, learning centered environment, where we thrive on coming up with creative solutions for our clients. We are seeking a candidate who can take responsibility for coordinating all project efforts, both administrative and technical, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. This role involves preparing strategic plans, serving as the primary client liaison, and overseeing the most complex projects. The candidate will estimate the scope of work, handle proposals and contracts, and actively manage client budgets, schedules, and communications. Additionally, the role includes overseeing less experienced project managers and providing leadership in their absence. Responsibilities:
Facilitate and maintain strong client relationships Manage multiple client accounts and projects Oversee project/account profitability and budget management Supervise project managers and designers to ensure project success Monitor and schedule project deliverables Create detailed project proposals Communicate with consultants, building departments, and landlord representatives as needed Document existing conditions and incorporate them into designs Develop and draft detailed construction drawings Solve problems independently and efficiently Understand and adapt client standards to various projects Travel as required to support business and project needs (minimum 10% travel)
Skills:
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with Bluebeam Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with
COMcheck/REScheck Qualifications:
College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Strong experience in project planning and management Ability to positively impact the team and contribute to company growth Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders 10+ years of relevant experience
