Manage projects from equipment procurement and manufacturing through delivery and completion. General Responsibilities :

Coordinate and confirm equipment delivery schedules and provide timely updates to clients. Review, organize, and maintain project drawings, technical documents, and related records, and submit required documentation to clients. Track invoices and payment status and prepare related updates and reports. Provide administrative and project coordination support to Lead Engineers and Project Managers. Coordinate the procurement, purchase, and delivery of equipment required for assigned projects. Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding project schedules, documentation, and delivery requirements. Maintain accurate project files and assist with general project follow-up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. ■
Qualifications :
