Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Mahwah, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure capital equipment projects remain on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will facilitate project meetings, manage schedules, track milestones, andmunicate status to stakeholders while supporting equipment installations and qualification activities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate project meetings, develop and maintain project schedules, and track milestones

Manage project risks and action items

Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership

Support equipment installations, qualification activities, production readiness, and issue resolution

Work with outside vendors for new equipment our client has purchased

Demonstrate the ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation plans while maintaining stakeholder alignment

Independently manage multiple projects through key milestones while meeting project objectives for safety, quality, schedule, and cost

Establish credibility as a trusted partner by driving accountability and effective cross-functional collaboration

Identify opportunities to improve project execution,munication, and portfolio management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience inmunication and stakeholder management with proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and Capital Project Execution
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation

Desired skills:

Medical Device industry experience

PMP certification

Experience with capital equipment installations (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ or EQ/FAI)

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools

Pay range: $59.03 - $69.03 per hour
