About Us:

At Renewal by Andersen, we transform homes with exceptional window and door replacement services, ensuring every homeowner experiences delight. We're on the hunt for an exceptional Installation Project Manager to elevate our team and drive impactful projects.

Job Overview:

As the Installation Project Manager, you will take the reins on window and door replacement projects, guiding them from precise technical measures and detailed specifications through to flawless installation. Your mission? To deliver unparalleled satisfaction while exceeding budget expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Measure Accurately:

Capture precise dimensions and define optimal installation processes for windows and doors.

Deliver Solutions:

Craft installation strategies that exceed customer expectations and seamlessly adapt production specifications to installation needs.

Align Expectations:

Verify sales contract details, ensuring clarity and alignment between customer desires and product offerings.

Collaborate Effectively:

Provide timely feedback to sales representatives, swiftly resolving any job hold issues.

Assess Requirements:

Determine installation labor duration and identify essential materials and equipment for project success.

Document Thoroughly:

Compile and submit complete job files, photos, and videos for a seamless transition to internal teams.

Identify Obstacles:

Proactively document jobsite challenges that could impact installation success. Collaborate with

IPM Manager:

Build comprehensive scopes of work in partnership with the IPM manager when needed.

Communicate Clearly:

Relay crucial job specifics to the installation crew, ensuring they are prepared for unique project elements.

Approve Scope of Work:

Validate and submit detailed scopes for first-time project completion and any necessary additional labor.

Troubleshoot On-Site:

Provide hands-on support during installations, resolving issues directly with the crew. Engage with

Homeowners:

Address installation process concerns directly with homeowners, enhancing their experience.

What You Need:

2-3 years of carpentry, finishing, and/or remodeling experience (preferred). Proven window installation experience is a must. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in computer skills. Eagerness to learn and grow.
