Position Summary:
Responsible for all administrative tasks related to customer projects, including project documentation, data entry, scheduling, billing coordination, and communication with internal stakeholders, project teams, sales representatives, and customers. Supports the successful execution of projects throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling deployments, deliveries, and other project-related tasks in partnership with Project Managers and internal teams. Maintain project documentation, process customer and project-related information, run reports, and support invoicing, billing, and change order processing. Serve as a central point of communication for customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely follow-up, identifying concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate. Review project documentation to ensure order processing and invoicing requirements can be met and collaborate with team members throughout the project lifecycle. Key Outcomes of this
Position:
Projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations. Customer satisfaction is maintained through effective communication, issue resolution, and coordination. Administrative documentation, reporting, billing, and project records are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Positive customer relationships contribute to MCPC's status as a trusted advisor.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills. Understanding of project management fundamentals and project planning processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting project management, operations, or customer-facing business processes. Experience reviewing project documentation, processing invoices, and coordinating project schedules.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting with occasional walking, reaching, grasping, and carrying light objects. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and maintain visual focus for computer-based work. Occasional travel to other office or customer locations as needed. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.

Our facility will erase all data to Department of Defense standards and provide reverse logistics to the client as to whether their devices can be repurposed, recycled, or disposed of properly.
