Cleveland, Ohio Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area on their search for a Project Manager who has experience working on multifamily renovation construction projects specifically within the low income housing sector.

PRIMARY DUTIES
include but are not limited to: The Project Manager, under limited supervision, manages and administers the construction and on-time delivery of commercial projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Manage multiple projects concurrently from start to finish, including estimating and preconstruction Coordinate with the Superintendent and subcontractors to develop the project schedule Review plans and specifications to create scopes of work for all Review & process all submittals adhered to Project Design Documents Manage the Owner and Architect including ongoing meetings and creating of minutes Manage design coordination and project issues between Design Consultants & Subcontractors/Vendors Track all permits to insure ensure project schedule is not impacted Manage project close out, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, extra products and key items Manage & process all project financing documentations including contracts, change order process, projections/margin report, account payables, and project requisitions and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
