Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
  • Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Enrolled as a student during the internship/cooperative period.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship, co-op, work, leadership, volunteer, or project experience.
  • Experience or coursework with relevant software, tools, or systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Internship/Co-op Project Requirement Complete a meaningful project that supports business objectives and presents outcomes, key learnings, challenges, and recommendations to leadership as part of the Menasha Internship & Co-op Program.

Work Location:
This position is primarily onsite; however, hybrid work opportunities may be available based on role requirements, performance, and business needs.
  • Internship/Cooperative duration: January-July
  • Estimated hours per week: 40 hours
  • Physical requirements: Work is performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional responsibilities requiring hands-on support in sample shop environments.
