Job Description

Hiring a Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater equipment projects from planning through startup and completion. This role works closely with customers, sales, field service engineers, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. Responsibilities Manage projects from planning and scheduling through commissioning and closeout. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and key milestones. Coordinate with customers, sales, field service engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout each project. Oversee equipment procurement, delivery, installation, startup, and customer training. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to customers and management. Maintain project documentation while ensuring quality, safety, and project goals are achieved. Qualifications Technical knowledge of industrial process equipment. Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, engineers, sales, and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, ERP, and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed. Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
