Job Summary:
Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within our organization in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This long-term contract opportunity requires someone with strong attention to detail, project management skills, financial acumen, and expertise in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, improving processes, and ensuring successful system implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing ERP system operations and address project-related challenges.
  • Conduct workflow reviews in areas such as accounts payable and accounts receivable to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor the financial impact of ERP changes and ensure cash flow sensitivities are addressed effectively.
  • Develop strategies to optimize tool utilization and enhance end-user efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals with organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices. Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of leading migrations to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash flow management.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements within financial workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
