This role is part of the Collins Aerospace Operations Technology & Advancement Program Management organization. The Senior Program Manager will sit at any one of our Collins locations, leading cross-functional initiatives that modernize operations through Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing technologies, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will partner across Collins and broader RTX businesses to advance operational awareness, drive productivity, and deliver measurable cost savings through process improvements and technology-enabled transformation while being responsible for project scope, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in manufacturing environments, enthusiasm for advancing Collins' Operations capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.What You Will Do:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives. Provide oversight for projects led by other Program Managers to ensure consistency and alignment. Ensure program and project benefits are realized across Collins operations. Communicate effectively with operations and executive leadership, providing clarity on priorities, risks, and progress. Lead all program phases from inception through completion, including customer interface and requirements alignment. Use data analytics to generate insights, guide strategic decision making, and strengthen operational awareness. Drive productivity improvements that lead to quantifiable cost savings and enhanced operational performance. Influence and lead change across a matrixed organization, building consensus and accelerating adoption of new technologies.
