$100,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for budget management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, risk mitigation, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and residential projects through all phases of construction.

Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and contract administration.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and turnover timelines.

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, bid reviews, constructability analysis, value engineering, and procurement.

Monitor project quality, safety, risk management, and compliance with project requirements.

Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications4+ years of Project Management experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project controls.

Strong preconstruction, estimating, and value engineering knowledge.

Proven ability to deliver multifamily projects on schedule and within budget.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
