In this roleyou will work remotely from a home office . Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a leader who can help strengthen project, engineering, and service delivery excellence across complex industrial environments. We are looking for a Director, Industrial Project Execution. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA or Harleysville, PA, with flexibility for the selected candidate to reside anywhere in the United States. You'll makean impact by: Leading the Project ManagementOffice (PMO) and Bid Management Office (BMO) for Industrial ProjectExecution with clear ownership, operating rhythms, decision rights, andperformance transparency. Strengthening the bid phase byensuring deliverable, compliant offers with well-defined scope,assumptions, resource models, commercial readiness, risk assessments, andbid-to-execution handoff processes. Driving disciplined projectexecution through governance, execution readiness, project reviews, riskand claim management, schedule management, cost control, and customercommitment oversight. Improving the conversion ofprojects into profitable lifecycle service agreements by embeddinglifecycle strategies early and ensuring seamless project-to-servicetransitions. Building strong partnerships acrossSales, Services, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Quality, external partners,and global stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered predictably andprofitably. Leading, coaching, and developingManager-level leaders across PMO and BMO functions to driveaccountability, people leadership, execution discipline, andorganizational performance. Driving continuous improvementinitiatives across bid management and project delivery processes toimprove consistency, scalability, operational efficiency, and executionexcellence. Establishing robust projectgovernance frameworks that improve execution predictability, riskvisibility, project quality, and customer satisfaction. Enhancing organizational capabilitythrough repeatable execution models, best practices, and standardizeddelivery methodologies. Supporting business growthinitiatives by improving lifecycle service attachment rates and maximizinglong-term customer value through successful execution strategies. BasicQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Project Management, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience leadingproject, service, or solution execution within process industries,discrete manufacturing, industrial automation, or comparable industrialenvironments. 5+ years of experience leadingproject delivery organizations, PMO functions, bid managementorganizations, or related operational teams. 5+ years of experience governingcomplex customer projects, including risk management, change management,project reviews, and execution performance management. 5+ years of experience shaping orgoverning complex bids, including delivery feasibility, commercialreadiness, risk assessment, and bid-to-execution handover. Demonstrated success leadingorganizational transformation initiatives and implementing scalableoperating models across multiple teams or business functions. Strong business acumen withexperience managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, customer commitment,and business performance metrics. Experience leading cross-functionalteams and collaborating effectively across engineering, services, sales,finance, legal, and quality organizations. Ability to travel as required tosupport customer, team, and business needs. Proficient in English both writtenand verbal Legally authorized to work in theUnited States on a continual and permanent basis without companysponsorship. PreferredQualifications 15+ years of experience inindustrial automation, process automation, discrete automation, lifecycleservices, or systems integration businesses. Experience leading both bidmanagement and execution governance for complex, multi-year customerprograms. Experience developing partner-led,co-delivery, or hybrid execution models. Experience supporting lifecycleservice growth initiatives and service attachment strategies. Advanced degree in Engineering,Business Administration, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional(PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership credentials.
