Job Description
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Work you'll do As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation on the Strategy, Growth and Transformation team, you will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day contract operations, including coordination of internal resources and oversight of two subcontractor teams Serving as the primary client point of contact and managing communication on priorities, tasking, status, risks, and deliverables Scoping task orders based on client requests, defining delivery approach, identifying staffing needs, and aligning the appropriate delivery team Overseeing execution of task orders from kickoff through closeout, including timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and quality of work product Monitoring contract performance across multiple workstreams and driving coordination among client stakeholders, subcontractors, and project leadership Manage day-to-day contract operations, including oversight of two subcontractor teams, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client. Lead the intake, scoping, staffing, and execution of task orders in response to client requests, and manage delivery from initiation through completion. This role requires strong contract management, client relationship management, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams. This individual will help ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to client expectations, and supported by effective coordination across internal and subcontractor teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in program management, contract management, project delivery, or business transformation 5+ years of experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing client-facing delivery 3+ years of experience managing subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional delivery teams Experience scoping task orders, statements of work, project plans, or comparable delivery artifacts Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
