Responsibilities:

• Estimate, organize and schedule labor and equipment necessary for all field activities including tank cleaning and removal; remediation; collection of samples for analysis; transportation & disposal of waste, and other field operations typical to the industry.
• Maintain Field Services scheduling board and Elk Public Calendar.
• Prepare accurate quotes to the customer in a timely fashion and follow through to execution.
• Schedule and perform job walks at customer sites to gather all necessary information for scheduling and pricing; interface with customers and Sales in a professional manner to evaluate and ensure overall deliverables are met in the desired time frame agreed upon by Sales and customer.
• Secure all subcontractor pricing and ensure that the subcontractor(s) delivers their services in a professional and safe manner.
• Ensure all agreements are in place, equipment, manpower, and supplies are available to complete each job effectively and efficiently.
• Order materials for projects and receive the shipments
• Work with our Technical team on any disposal quotations and profiles.
• Uphold company safety program, site-related work orders and safety plan documentation, and monitor application. Schedule pre-job safety meetings to discuss in-depth safety requirements to identify any job hazards.
• Start, review, and submit job folder to accounting to ensure proper billing upon completion of jobs.
• Approve subcontractor and/or supplier invoices.
• Assist the Accounting Department with billing spreadsheets for larger scale jobs, collecting accounts payables & acquiring any subcontractor or vendor invoices associated with managed projects
• Field phone calls from customers for Emergency Responses and manage project from start to finish taking into account the location, severity, materials and manpower that is required.
• Act as liaison with any government agency on jobs
• Suggest/discuss alternate methods based on past experiences.
• Physically perform emergency response work if no other resources are available.
• Document all external & internal correspondences within the company CRM
• Send out daily dispatch sheets to field managers
• Other duties assigned by your supervisor(s)

Requirements :

• MUST have 3-4 years of experience in Environmental Project Manager/Estimating/Field service work
• Organized, self-motivated, and responsible individual
• To lead with confidence & accuracy with minimal supervision from direct supervisor
• 24/7 Emergency work requiring availability to answer calls, texts, emails, or to possibly visit a site location to assist in cleanup efforts
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• To view any challenge as a growth opportunity & a willingness to take accountability for both successes & failures
• Abilty to operate some equipment (gas meters, min ex, backhoe, small loaders, etc)
• Professional & positive attitude with effective communication skills
• Above average computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively, strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Ability to react quickly and calmly to emergency situations in which situations and conditions change.
• Valid driver's license (required) Position requires up to 50% field work and some travel.

Salary depends on experience/knowledge

$72,293.06 - $75,937.30 per year
