Good Trouble is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-aligned Grants & Projects Coordinator to support the organization's grant processes, project coordination, and internal operational systems. This role will help maintain strong organizational follow-through across fundraising, internal projects, and team coordination in a fast-moving, youth-centered environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and excited to grow their experience in nonprofit fundraising, organizational coordination, and project management.Key Responsibilities:
Grants & Fundraising Coordination (40-50%) Research and track potential grant opportunities Maintain grant tracker, grants calendars, submission deadlines, and reporting timelines Help coordinate proposal development and submission processes Gather and organize supporting documents and proposal materials Draft and edit proposal content and reporting materials for leadership review Maintain organized grant files, funder records, and advancement tracking systems Coordinate follow-up and communication related to grant submissions and reporting Support preparation, scheduling coordination, and logistics for funder meetings, updates, and engagement opportunities Project Coordination & Organizational Support (30-40%) Maintain project trackers, timelines, and organizational task systems Coordinate follow-up across meetings, projects, and organizational priorities Help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and internal workflows remain organized and on track Support internal planning processes and organizational routines Assist with the preparation of planning documents, summaries, and operational materials Help improve internal systems and administrative workflows over time Board & Administrative Support (10-20%) Coordinate board meeting logistics and materials Support the preparation and organization of board packets and shared documents Maintain organized administrative records and internal documentation systems Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and team logistics Support retreat, travel, and internal meeting coordination when neededDesired Qualifications:
Alignment with Good Trouble's mission, values, and youth-centered approach Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, partners, and community contexts Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy across details Proficiency using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and organizational systems to manage workflows and documentation Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and follow through independently Experience with administrative coordination, nonprofit operations, fundraising support, grant coordination, or project management preferred, but not required.
