Property Management is a small, growing company that provides management and owner's rep services for community associations. We work directly with self-managed condominiums as well as property management companies. Because many buildings in our area are aging, demand for what we do is high. Examples of recently managed projects include exterior painting, a rooftop pool renovation, a lobby renovation, drainage improvements, roof replacements, leak investigation & remediation, stucco & siding replacement, and balcony waterproofing. We are not a contractor. We help community associations select the right contractor, architect, engineer and other professionals for their project and serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders. About the Role You'll work directly with the owner on every part of the business. No two days are the same. One day you're walking a roof with a contractor, the next you're explaining a project delay to a Board of Directors, and the day after you're helping put together marketing materials. If you like variety, learning something new every day, and figuring things out, you'll enjoy this job. This is a "sneakers and T-shirt job" much of the time. But sometimes we have to look polished to attend a client meeting or industry event. What You'll Do Help manage renovation, repair, and maintenance projects for condo and HOA clients from start to finish. Visit properties to supervise work, check progress, and document conditions. Communicate regularly with board members, owners, contractors, engineers, and architects, sometimes in tense or complicated situations. Solve problems as they come up, which is most of the time.

Juggle several projects at once and keep them moving. Represent VERA at industry events and condo/HOA gatherings. If you have the skills, help with marketing materials, social media, and our website. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to client properties. Big Pluses (Not Required) Construction knowledge (building systems, roofing, painting, waterproofing, and similar projects) CAM license Experience with condos, HOAs, or property management Marketing, graphic design, or website skills Don't have all of these? That's okay. We're happy to train the right person. What we can't teach is curiosity and drive. Compensation $55,000

•80,000 salary Mileage reimbursement, plus a company phone and computer. As a small company, we don't currently offer a group health plan or 401(k).
