Job Description:
Project Scheduler (CQV / Primavera P6) Lancaster, PA - King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid / On-site) 2 Year Contract $80-$90 per hour We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with a strong background in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 to support a major pharmaceutical client. This role will play a critical part in planning, developing, and maintaining complex project schedules across multiple sites between Lancaster and King of Prussia, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across multiple workstreams Collaborate with CQV, engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure accurate schedule alignment Track project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments to support project delivery Integrate CQV activities (commissioning, qualification, validation) into master schedules Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership Ensure scheduling best practices and standards are followed across the project lifecycle Support scenario planning, what-if analyses, and resource loading as required
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera P6 Strong experience supporting CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) activities Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex project schedules Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path management Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on GMP-regulated projects Familiarity with EPCM project environments Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Work Environment:
Hybrid role with travel between Lancaster, PA and King of Prussia, PA Collaborative, fast-paced pharmaceutical project environment
Compensation:
Up to $100 per hour depending on experience
