Job Description

Associate Product Marketing Manager, HPLC We are looking for an energetic person to drive demand for HPLC products through marketing content generation, including product positioning and promotions. The role demands management in driving initiatives and requires a talented, flexible, and collaborative individual with strong communications skills, adept business knowledge and organizational abilities. We seek a business professional capable of bridging customer needs and broader market trends to solutions requirements and go-to-market strategy. Intense engagement and cooperation with teams across the organization will be instrumental in gathering feedback on market trends, portfolio performance and competitive dynamics.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Working with the Marketing teams to help create Marketing Plans
  • Supporting initiatives and tactics to drive demand for products in the portfolio through positioning and marketing promotions
  • Coordinating and synchronizing marketing-related activities with other functions of the Organization such as Divisional Marketing, Product Training, and Commercial Organizations.
  • Creation of content for marketing collateral including white papers, presentations, case studies, blogs, eBooks, primers, protocols, videos, selection guides, and customer success stories
  • Conducting market research and voice of customer (VOC) for data driven decision making by obtaining and interpreting market information via surveys, market analysis, focus groups and customer feedback
  • Developing and managing deliverables for New Product Introductions
  • Supporting the creation of training material and tools
  • Working on special projects as assigned in connection with the Business Unit goals and strategy
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry or life sciences, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Chromatography and LC-MS preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management or related functions
  • Strong marketing and execution skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with portfolio positioning, campaign planning and content creation desired
  • Strong VOC experience, with the ability to develop and deploy product vision desired
  • Demonstrated confidence in written, interpersonal and oral communication is essential
  • Ability to understand technology and articulate strong customer value/benefit propositions
  • Proactive, independent, assertive, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team.
