Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst II to support program and project management activities for a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will act as a key liaison between Project Teams and Delivery Teams, ensuring effective coordination, communication, scheduling alignment, and reporting across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting PMO functions, integrated project planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination within fast-paced program environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate reviews of integrated project/program plans and manage updates or changes within the schedule
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling activities across project and delivery teams
  • Prepare and provide management reports on program progress, milestones, risks, and delivery status
  • Work closely with team leads to ensure project plans remain accurate and updated within defined timelines
  • Identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery dependencies
  • Support forward resource planning activities using integrated program schedules
  • Track, manage, and maintain program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies
  • Assist with preparation of materials for team meetings, governance reviews, and Steering Committee meetings
  • Support documentation management and ensure all project artifacts are stored appropriately
  • Ensure project teams are utilizing approved PMO tools, templates, and documentation standards
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project/program plans, milestones, activities, and schedules
  • Monitor delivery progress against project plans and escalate concerns when needed
  • Produce periodic assessments related to process maturity, operational efficiency, and project delivery performance
  • Collaborate with the PMO Manager to support successful program execution and governance activities
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to Program Leads and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of relevant PMO, project coordination, or program support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level programs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling, and PMO processes
  • Experience with project planning, reporting, risk tracking, and resource coordination
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially
Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a PMO or enterprise program management environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance processes
  • Experience using project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
  • PMP, CAPM, or related certification is a plus
