AN ESTABLISHED LEADER IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A SEASONED PROJECT MANAGER FOR A FREELANCE ENGAGEMENT SUPPORTING AN ENTERPRISE COMPLIANCE ORGANIZATION. THIS ROLE WILL HELP LEAD THE IMPLEMENTATION AND INTEGRATION OF AN AI-ENABLED RISK ASSESSMENT SOLUTION INTO A BROADER GOVERNANCE, RISK, AND COMPLIANCE ECOSYSTEM. Position Overview In this role, you will support end-to-end project execution for a compliance-focused technology implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to translate operational needs into structured requirements, maintain project momentum, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized project professional who can navigate both business and technical conversations with confidence. Key Responsibilities

Support daily execution of a GRC system implementation and integration initiative.

Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements.

Translate business processes into workflows, user stories, and actionable project documentation.

Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs using tools such as Jira and MS Project.

Lead project meetings, capture action items, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.

Create and maintain project artifacts, including requirements documents, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, including test case creation and outcome validation.

Promote alignment across stakeholder groups to keep workstreams progressing smoothly and within scope.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing system implementation and integration projects.

Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and convert them into clear, actionable requirements.

Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including compliance, risk, legal, and technical teams.

Proven success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Hands-on proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms.

Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Background supporting risk management or compliance-driven initiatives.

Experience using workflow and diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

Ability to ramp up quickly in new environments and drive progress with limited oversight.
