Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract. The Transition Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transition planning and execution, ensuring seamless handover of responsibilities, resources, and knowledge between outgoing and incoming projects. The Transition Project Manager will facilitate transition meetings, coordinate documentation and reporting, and support process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing transition outcomes. Additionally, the Transition Project Manager will ensure alignment between technical transition activities and business objectives and provide guidance on best practices for transition management and delivery. Responsibilities include : Developing and maintaining transition plans, schedules, and risk assessments. Managing resource allocation and assignments Tracking and reporting progress against transition deliverables. Identifying and mitigating transition risks. Ensuring compliance with contractual, security, and organizational requirements. The position would be located at a government facility in Arlington, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services. The annual base salary range for this position is $112,147 - $140,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Requirements Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the Transition Project Manager should have an additional 10 years' experience in project management or related fields, for a total of 18 years of experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience managing IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or cloud-related projects, including at least three (3) years specifically focused on transition management or organizational change within government, regulated, or large enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent), as well as proficiency in developing and maintaining transition documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts. Proven ability to manage transition budgets, schedules, and resources, and to deliver transition projects on time and within scope. Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, including government and regulated environments. Desired Additional desirable qualifications include industry-recognized project management certifications (such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2) Experience with transition frameworks (such as ITIL, organizational change management) Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity terminology Experience supporting process improvement and knowledge transfer initiatives Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP)Overview About Technica:
