Part‑time, Non‑Exempt Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Program Specialist to support a retail client's consumer products and quality programs. This role centers on program coordination, documentation, communication, and operational support across internal teams and external partners. The position offers a predictable schedule, clearly defined responsibilities, and a professional work environment, making it well suited for candidates seeking consistent part‑time work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support ongoing program and operational activities Track timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions Maintain clear and accurate program documentation and instructions Monitor program status and escalate issues as appropriate Communicate regularly with Operations, Account Management, and client stakeholders Coordinate product movement with distribution centers Participate in weekly program or status meetings Track monthly invoices and support administrative processes Assist with additional program or operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant professional experience Experience in program coordination, operations support, administrative/project support, client services, or quality programs is a plus Strong technical and computer skills , including proficiency with: Microsoft Teams (meetings, chat, file collaboration), Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, meeting scheduling), Microsoft Word or similar documentation tools Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable following established processes and managing details independently An equivalent combination of education, experience, or transferable skills may be considered. BVCPS Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Benefits:

This position is 2 days a week working onsite alongside the CVS quality team, acting as a liaison between them, and our Buffalo operations team. Managing testing reports, following up on failures, managing timelines (general project management but focused on the quality testing).
