Job Description

Account Management Coordinator Summary:
Enters and manages data for ERP software and provides support to account management team.
Responsibilities:
  • Create part numbers including BOMs & Routing operations
  • Create & manage sales orders and work orders for new projects/orders & punch trips/items
  • Create individual décor/shop drawings for production as needed
  • Manage & update Smartsheet and open sales orders with the most current information
  • Generate store quotes
  • Provide shipping paperwork & drawings for upcoming stores to the shipping department in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory for upcoming demand
  • Maintain contact with each site to obtain contacts per site, address, site readiness, PO, and punch walk & take-off dates.
  • Review architectural and décor drawings prior to installation to evaluate any concerns
  • Regularly review multiple Smartsheets to confirm no red flags (installation dates, store addresses, store numbers, scope, etc.)
  • Send daily photo reports to client
  • Review punch lists and update all sales orders with necessary punch items
  • Print paper patterns as needed
  • Create store folders in Procore for all new projects. Ensure all drawings and store photos are uploaded into Procore
  • Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to key in multiple pieces of information quickly and accurately
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Team player and able to work with multiple teams & individuals throughout the day
  • Ability to work with multiple changes that occur frequently
