As Project Manager, you will lead steel projects from pre-construction through final punch. You will manage internal teams and subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and drive schedules, safety, and budget performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial steel projects Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues quickly Collaborate with fabrication and field crews to stay on schedule Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and compliance Communicate proactively with clients, architects, and general contractors Use Tekla PowerFab, Trimble Connect, and Bluebeam tools effectively Minimum Qualifications Experience managing structural steel fabrication and erection projects Proficiency reading and interpreting structural steel drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of steel construction methods, connections, and industry standards (AISC, AWS) Proficiency with project management software (Tekla PowerFab) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Bluebeam is a plus. Valid driver's license; intermittent travel to job sites required Ability to commute to or relocate to Hardeeville, SC 29927 Construction experience: 3 years (required) Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification Compensation, Schedule & Relocation Full-time position based in Hardeeville, South Carolina, with a full benefits package $100,000 to $120,000 base salary annually, plus performance-based bonus (yearly bonus / yearly pay) Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the Hardeeville, SC 29927 area Immediate opening.
