Responsibilities Lead and direct project teams on global initiatives across various functional and regional organizations. Manage all aspects of projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Ensure successful implementation of project outcomes through effective leadership and stakeholder management. Oversee project constraints including scope, cost, and schedule, while adhering to corporate and IT policies. Provide technical and analytical guidance to leadership and governance bodies. Stay updated on best practices in project management methodologies. Skills Proven experience in leading IT projects within complex, global, matrixed organizations. Ability to manage scope, cost, and schedule across multiple concurrent projects. Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and change management. Familiarity with standard project management methodologies and tools such as Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions. Preferred Skills Experience mentoring colleagues or directing the work of lower-level professionals. Ability to make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to improve effectiveness.
