Memphis, Tennessee A rapidly growing digital infrastructure advisory firm is seeking a Project Manager / Owner's Representative to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center development in the Memphis, TN area. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on the owner's side of major mission critical developments, supporting construction oversight, reporting, project controls, and stakeholder coordination across multi-phase data center projects. Unlike traditional GC-side project management roles, this position focuses on protecting the owner's interests throughout the construction lifecycle by monitoring project execution, validating reporting, tracking changes, and helping leadership teams understand project progress and risks. The organization advises investors, developers, and operators on large-scale digital infrastructure developments across North America and is currently supporting multiple hyperscale projects valued in excess of $1B. Responsibilities Represent the owner's interests during construction activities Monitor project execution from pre-construction through commissioning Review and validate reporting from the General Contractor Track construction progress, risks, delays, and change management Support project controls and reporting functions Assist with cost tracking and construction performance analysis Prepare clear executive-level progress reporting and updates Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and construction teams Ideal Background 3-7 years of construction/project management experience Experience working on-site on large construction projects Exposure to data centers, mission critical, projects is required Backgrounds such as: Project Engineer Assistant Project Manager MEP Coordinator Commissioning Engineer Construction PM What Makes This Opportunity Different This is a chance to move beyond traditional contractor-side construction into a broader owner/development advisory environment with exposure to: Hyperscale digital infrastructure development Early-stage planning and development strategy Power and utility coordination Due diligence and redevelopment projects Long-term multi-phase campus developments Additional Information Large-scale hyperscale development currently entering major construction phases Significant long-term project pipeline and growth opportunity Approximately 60-70% on-site presence expected Apply confidentially for additional information.Similar jobs in Memphis, TN
