Residential Flooring Sales / Project Manager - Dallas, TX We are a family-owned and operated flooring company focused on helping homeowners bring their vision to life. We're looking for a Residential Flooring Sales / Project Manager who can build relationships, close business, and manage projects from the initial sale through installation and completion. A quick summary of the job: Meet with homeowners and assist with flooring selection Sell residential flooring products and services Measure spaces and prepare estimates/quotes Manage projects from sale through installation Coordinate with installers, vendors, and customers Handle project updates, changes, and closeout Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business We want you to join our team if you have: 2+ years of residential flooring, remodeling, construction, or home improvement experience Strong sales and customer-facing experience Proven ability to build relationships and close business Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable with measurements, estimates, and pricing Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on top of details Self-motivated and able to take ownership What we offer: Health benefits Paid time off Opportunity for growth If you're in the Dallas area and looking for an opportunity that combines sales, customer relationships, and project management, we'd love to hear from you.
