Program Manager Lead (D&S Transformation)

• Lead the implementation of strategic tasks aligned with business goals
• Develop multi-year plans and execution approaches to deliver capabilities and early business value
• Coordinate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, roadmaps, resources, milestones, dependencies, and timing
• Prepare status reports highlighting risks and issues for stakeholders
• Ensure team alignment, interdependencies, and coordinated execution toward program goals
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and tools to track key activities and progress
• Analyze performance, identify root causes, and recommend key work products
• Identify new program opportunities delivering integrated solutions for multiple partners
• Define and maintain program strategies based on demand and ROI
• Negotiate agreements and resolve disputes to maintain alignment between demand and capacity
• Mentor Program Managers in benefits identification and cross-program coordination
• Adhere to EPMO processes, governance, controls, and templates
• Drive adoption and sustainment of changes following USAA Change Management methodology
• Mentor teams on changing management practices and ensuring successful outcomes
• Maintain knowledge of program management methodologies and risk management practices
• Support communication of risks, progress, and impacts to leadership Tasks
• 8 years' project and/or program management experience
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies
• Advanced risk management knowledge
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and performance evaluation
• Proficiency in USAA's or similar change management methodology
• Experience managing large budgets and cost-related work
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Expert-level knowledge of project, program, or portfolio management
• Ability to assess risks and rewards across technologies and business goals
